I know that many people deal with illness, poorness, jobless and those situations can truly make them sad. But anyone can help himself by changing his thoughts about those conditions. Many times you can’t change the condition of your life, but yes, you can change the way you feel it.
I am a happy person and it doesn’t mean that I don’t have to deal with problems, with pain. Sometimes I also feel sadness and then I cry. It’s normal and important to cry, it’s good for our soul and for our health! But recovering of that sadness is very important as well.

There are many different ways to feel happiness and Coaching is one of those ways. Coaching is a process that happens by the interaction between a coach and a client, through questions and answers. Coaching is not magic, but it brings amazing results for people.
